Yes! Desktive Free is free forever for teams up to 5 members with full automated time tracking, window title detection, and a 15-day rolling activity history. No credit card is required to sign up.
Selecting annual billing gives your organization a 20% discount (equivalent to getting more than 1 full month free). You are invoiced annually per active member seat.
Desktive automatically prorates your subscription. When you add a new team member, you are only charged for the fraction of the billing cycle remaining. When a member is removed, unused credit is applied to your next invoice.
Desktive operates with privacy-by-design. Screenshots can be blurred with cryptographic Gaussian blur or disabled entirely. Desktive never records keystrokes, passwords, webcams, or audio.
Yes. Desktive provides one-click export of monthly timesheets, raw activities, attendance summaries, and performer reports in universal CSV and Excel XLSX formats.
